Working with COREN

In an effort to recruit, support, and retain a diverse teacher workforce, COREN listens to educators to understand the challenges of teaching in Central Oregon and what could make it better.

COREN creates lasting change that benefits all educators by centering the experiences and needs of teachers of color. We strive to provide inclusive programs and partnerships that address the needs of underrepresented educators. Through these collaborations, we hope to support a diverse teaching workforce and better retention of all educators in Central Oregon.
